What is a block?

A block describes a period of time that you will have available per month to use as you sit fit to maintain and develop your website/web application.

If I don’t use my block of time for one month can I bundle it into the next month?

Unfortunately, we do not allow the bundling of the blocks to ensure a fair opportunity for each client to use their allotted support every month.

Do you provide a 365 service?

No. We do however, provide emergency technical support to all clients at all times via email.

Should you require a more dedicated package, please get in touch to discuss what we can do for you.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your maintenance package at any time.

Similarly, if you have a hosting only package but feel you need more support maintaining or developing your website/web application further whilst spreading the costs, this could be the service for you.
